2 Moon Designs Inc carefully packages every item to ensure safe shipment to you.

Shipment

Items are in perfect condition when shipped. We charge a small packing fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be shipped immediately unless otherwise specified.

Returns

If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged in transport, please return it or contact us as soon as possible along with your receipt and we will arrange either a refund or an exchange.
